These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Livoflo’s services, including water delivery, subscriptions, wallet usage, and related features provided through our website, application,
call, and WhatsApp channels. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Subscriptions
• Orders may be placed through the Livoflo website, mobile application, call, or WhatsApp.
• Orders placed via call or WhatsApp are considered confirmed only after acknowledgement by Livoflo.
• Customers may opt for one-time orders or subscription-based delivery.
• Subscriptions can be paused, resumed, or modified through the platform prior to the scheduled delivery cycle.
• Livoflo reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on serviceability or operational constraints.
3. Delivery & Service
• Delivery schedules are subject to operational routes and availability.
• Customers must ensure availability and access at the delivery location.
• In case of customer unavailability, delivery may be rescheduled as per operational feasibility.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
4. Payments & Wallet Terms
4.1 Payments
• Payments can be made through available digital payment methods or Livoflo wallet.
• Subscription services may require advance or periodic payments.
• Livoflo reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
4.2 Wallet Usage
• Livoflo may provide a wallet feature for faster and convenient transactions.
• Wallet balance can be used for:
o Orders
o Subscriptions
o Additional services
4.3 Adding Funds
• Users may add funds to the wallet using available payment methods.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and linked to the user account.
4.4 Refunds to Wallet
• Eligible refunds may be credited to the Livoflo wallet for faster processing.
• Wallet refunds are typically processed faster than bank refunds.
4.5 Wallet Limitations
• Wallet balance is intended for use within Livoflo services only.
• It may not be redeemable for cash unless required under applicable laws.
• Livoflo reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate wallet usage in case of misuse or suspicious activity.
4.6 Wallet Validity
• Wallet balance validity, will be governed by Livoflo’s internal policy and communicated to users.
5. Service Quality
• Livoflo follows standard purification, mineralisation, and hygiene practices.
• Customers are advised to store water in a clean, shaded environment and use within a reasonable time after delivery.
• Any concerns regarding quality must be reported promptly.
6. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate delivery details
• Ensure proper storage and handling of water
• Return empty bottles as required
• Use bottles only for intended purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
Livoflo shall not be liable for:
• Delays caused by external factors beyond control
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service use
8. Changes to Terms
Livoflo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms
will be applicable upon publication.
