Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders, subscriptions, and payments made through Livoflo via website, application, call, or WhatsApp.
2. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled or modified up to one day prior to the scheduled delivery
date.
• On the day of delivery, orders may not be cancelled but can be paused or rescheduled based on operational feasibility.
• Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• Livoflo reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation, pause, or rescheduling request based on operational status.
3. Subscription Changes
• Subscription deliveries can be paused, resumed, or modified by the customer.
• Changes must be made prior to the scheduled delivery cycle to be effective.
• Changes requested after processing may apply to the next delivery cycle.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment
• Failed transaction where amount is deducted
• Non-delivery of confirmed order due to Livoflo’s operational issue
• Verified service-related concerns, subject to internal review All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Livoflo.
5. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued:
o To the original payment method, or
o To the Livoflo wallet, at the discretion of Livoflo
• Wallet refunds may be processed faster than bank refunds.
6. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds may not be applicable in the following cases:
• Order has already been delivered
• Customer was unavailable at the time of delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided
• Delay caused by external factors beyond Livoflo’s control
• Product has been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery
7. Wallet Refund Conditions
• Refunds credited to the Livoflo wallet:
o Are non-transferable
o Can be used only for Livoflo services
o May not be redeemable for cash unless required under applicable law
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
• Customers are encouraged to contact Livoflo support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
• Livoflo reserves the right to review and respond to chargebacks with supporting transaction and delivery records.
• Repeated or fraudulent chargeback attempts may lead to account suspension or service restriction.
9. Right to Refuse Refund
Livoflo reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:
• Misuse of service
• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Repeated or unreasonable refund claims
10. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be applicable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond Livoflo’s control, including:
• Natural events
• Traffic disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Operational emergencies
11. Policy Updates
Livoflo reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Updated terms will apply upon publication.
